1. Services
Markeb Media provides high-quality media services, including but not limited to:
Photography
Videography
Drone Footage
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
2. Payment Terms
Markeb Media reserves the right to request full payment upfront before commencing any service. This applies to all clients unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to provide payment may result in delays or cancellation of services.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Clients may cancel their subscription by providing one month’s notice. Markeb Media does not offer refunds for services already rendered.
Clients may cancel individual services by providing 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled shoot. No refunds will be provided for services already rendered.
In the event of cancellation, any media produced prior to cancellation will remain the property of Markeb Media until full payment is received.
4. Delivery of Media
Markeb Media aims to deliver high-quality media within 5 working days from the date of the shoot.
All media will be delivered digitally via a secure online link or cloud storage service.
Ownership of the media will only transfer to the client upon full payment.
5. Usage Rights and Intellectual Property
Markeb Media retains ownership of all media created until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, and non-transferable license to use the media for promotional purposes related to their business or property marketing.
Clients are prohibited from reselling, transferring, or redistributing the media without prior written consent from Markeb Media.
6. Revisions and Additional Requests
Amendment Deadline: All revision requests must be submitted within 7 days from the initial delivery date.
Free Revisions: Clients are entitled to two free revisions per project (applicable to photography, videography, or drone footage).
Additional Revisions: Any revisions beyond the two free revisions may incur additional charges. Pricing for extra revisions will be provided upon request.
Delivery Time Impact: Revision requests may extend the original delivery timeline. Some requests may not be feasible if they require extensive changes or re-shoots.
Pre-Shoot Specifications: Clients must specify any details or elements they do not want included in the media prior to the shoot. Failure to do so may result in additional charges for re-shoots.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide accurate, high-quality media services, Markeb Media is not liable for:
Any technical issues that may arise in accessing or downloading the media.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Delays or failure in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, equipment failure, or regulatory changes.
8. Drone Operations
All drone operations are conducted in compliance with UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations.
The client agrees that all drone activities are subject to weather conditions and legal restrictions at the time of the shoot.
9. Data Usage and Privacy
Markeb Media respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
No Data Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Collection: Any data collected is used solely for the purpose of providing our services, processing payments, and improving user experience.
Security: We implement appropriate measures to safeguard your information in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Amendments to Terms
Markeb Media reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
