Privacy & Payment

Markeb Media respects your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is used solely to manage bookings, deliver services, and process payments.

All card payments are securely processed by Stripe. Markeb Media does not store or have access to your full card details.

Your card will be charged automatically once your content is delivered, and you'll receive a confirmation notification at that time. Clients may also choose to pay upfront at the time of booking.

If you have been issued an invoice, payment is due upon receipt. We allow a grace period of 3 working days, after which a late payment fee of £50 per week will apply until the balance is cleared. Outstanding invoices may result in the suspension of your account and the inability to make new bookings until the balance is settled. Markeb Media reserves the right to withhold delivery of content if payment is not received.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled shoot time at no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours incur a 50% charge. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged in full (100%).
